This full body pyramid workout is sure to make you work up a sweat!
Pyramid workouts are a great way to add in something different to your routine workout. Since pyramids can be used with any exercises, they’re always different which means no hitting those annoying plateaus.
Make sure you’re warmed up before starting. Do each exercise at maximum intensity with 10 seconds of rest between each one. Repeat the entire set 3 times.
20 seconds high knees
25 seconds push ups
30 seconds squat jumps
35 seconds front kicks
40 seconds mountain climbers
45 seconds jumping jacks
40 seconds walking lunges
35 seconds back kicks
30 seconds tricep dips
25 seconds plank
20 seconds crunches
